1. Understanding your relationship to food

Module 1 focuses on debunking common myths and challenging societal narratives surrounding food. We explore the impact of diet culture, body image, and external influences on our relationship with food.

2. Nourishing your body

Discovering and breaking free from the physical diet cycle's hold, understanding the impact on our bodies of dieting, rediscovering hunger cues, and emphasising rest's pivotal role in nurturing a healthy relationship with food and reclaiming energy.

3. Nourishing your mind

This module is dedicated to nurturing your mind and cultivating positive thoughts and beliefs. By understanding the mental diet cycles and challenging negative thought patterns, including restrictive mental thoughts, you will develop a healthier mindset towards food and your body.

4. Nourishing your emotions

The last module provides tools to comprehend emotions' role in the diet cycle, understanding emotional and binge eating, and preventing emotional eating from leading to binges. It delves into strategies for handling tough situations, creating coping mechanisms, and overcoming setbacks, addressing coping with uncomfortable emotions and their connection to our food relationship.
